Ah Nikki McClure's art just gets right to the core of the simple, beautiful, heartening things in life. We like her work a lot around here. :)
A space to document the things you do, dream about, want to remember and notice. It's all divided into four sections: the seasons.
This 160 page journal is divided into the seasons. The pages are mostly blank, with a handful of pages that hold her art. Each season's section begins with a poem.
She says this of her process:
I cut my images from black paper with an X-Acto knife. Everything is connected. It is all one piece of paper, yet now it holds a story.
