Live Zoom Call Canning Workshop

Sunday, June 13, 2021

9am-11am Mountain

Join me in my Montana kitchen for a morning of putting up food! In this hands-on workshop you will learn the ins and outs of making and preserving jam using a boiling water bath in your home kitchen. It'll all happen over a live zoom call, where I answer your questions in real time. It's so fun!
We will gather, live and digitally connected, where I will share my simple, safe and predictable techniques for making jam. At the end of our time together you will have jars of summer lining your counter and the courage to make all the jam. Promise.

From intimidating to INSPIRING!

Incredibly approachable, helpful and reassuring. The process was so sweet, and much simpler than anticipated.

Enjoyed jamming with Nici

This class was so well done. Nici was a pleasure to listen to and learn from. I was a little nervous at the start of the workshop but ended up loving the process of making jam. The jam turned out wonderful and I feel confident I will continue making jam for years to come. Looking forward to signing up for the tomato and salsa verde classes later this summer.

Canning is my jam

Nici is a wonderful teacher and is receptive to all questions about the process. She has helped my confidence in canning immensely. If you’re curious about jumping into canning or have tried it but still have questions, take a workshop with Nici!

Online Jam-making Class

This is not my first online class with Nici (Dig & Co) and it did not disappoint. I am 74 and proof it is never too late to learn a new skill. My jam is delicious!

Can-tastic Workshop!

This was a great workshop! Nici was great at walking us all through the process of canning jam and the PDF printout is great to be able to have on hand.
