This little bag was in my Christmas stocking a few years back and HOLY did it make an impression. The flavor and texture made every bite feel like a story. So now we carry it in the shop!
This flake finishing salt is the product that put Jacobsen on the map. Hand-harvested from the cold and pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast, the flaky finishing salt has bright salinity and a delicate crunch. Use it to finish savory and sweet dishes alike. Add to sliced steaks and roasts, sprinkle on eggs, finish grilled vegetables, top baked goods, or add to anything that strikes you.

I was on the fence about flake salt for a while... this stuff is amazing. A love to sprinkle it on top of grilled meats and vegetables, soups, almond butter banana rice cakes snacks and so much more.
This salt is wonderful and worth the splurge! I'm so glad I purchased this salt.
