Grist x Dig Flour Blend
Our buddies at Grist Milling and Bakery have created a flour blend just for our sourdough students! All organic, freshly milled right here in Missoula Montana. It’s the exact mix we teach in the workshop and this bag will yield 4 beautiful loaves of bread.
Contents: Unbleached organic artisan bread flour, organic hard red spring wheat, malted barley.

I used this for my first ever sourdough loaf, and it was terrific. The flavor was delicious, and it made for a hearty loaf.
Yummy! I joined the sourdough class at the end of May and have been baking bread with this flour ever since! I'm just sad I'm down to my last bag. Delish! Very convenient to have the right ratios premixed.
