My husband is an electrician and often has aching hands and a sore back at the day's end. Enter this balm! The warming blend of essential oils with soothing wildcrafted St John's Wort is incredibly relieving. My mom also loves it for her arthritic hands.

St. John's Wort is a plant with a long history of healing. We like to use it topically for its ability to calm nerves and allow a deep sense of relaxation.
We also add a bit of cayenne infused organic olive oil to increase circulation and allow muscles to release. Warming essential oils of ginger, wintergreen, and rosemary help heat up the muscles and release.
