I am launching a new business stream at DIG: bringing women together outside for movement, nourishing food, curiosity, and connection to the natural world.
Honestly, it feels less like a new stream and more like everything I’ve been doing for work/life - as a mother, teacher, shop owner, artist, writer, home cook, hiker, gardener - are the tributaries to this River.
The vibe will be like join me and let’s push our bodies, pay attention, tap into our instincts, commune with the trees, feel accomplished, frolic like a mountain sprite, and cap it off with a delicious meal (that I make!).
