Join Coming Up Rainbows owner Erika Hickey on the first day of fall! Together we will learn to make your very own Fire Cider.
All Supplies are included. You'll leave with a jar of Fire Cider that you will shake daily and infuse for approximately six weeks. You'll strain your concoction, on your own at home, and pour it into jars to refrigerate and ingest through the winter months.
We’ll talk about the benefits of each of the foods and herbs we use, and why Fire Cider has been a beloved folk remedy for generations.
If you have a sharp knife (and maybe cutting board) that you prefer to use, please bring it to class. We will be chopping. The rest of the supplies will be ready and waiting, including a recipe card for you to take home.
