Pastry cutter
I have just started making pastry, and I love how much nicer it is instead of 2 knives, or by using my fingers. It's menopause central, and I melt my frozen butter. The pastry cutter fits so nicely in my hand, and to really practice pastry , I put it in the freezer for 20 mins before using 10/10

Does what it says on the box!
